Crack on The Lips:

Deficiency of Vitamin B (B2,B3 & B12) ,zinc and iron results in the crack of lips which happens due to less consumption of these vitamins and minerals in everyday diet especially by the vegetarians. To resolve this problem consume more amount of legumes, broccoli, lentils, peanuts, Swiss chard, poultry, eggs, tuna, red pepper and shellfish.

Red Rashes on Face and Hair Loss:

These are the symptoms of the deficiency of Vitamin B7 and can be cured by intake of foods like boiled eggs, avocado, mushrooms, salmon, raspberries, bananas, walnuts, and soybeans.


Red and White Spots on Face, Arms and Back:

Shortage of fatty acids Vitamin A and E results in the occurrence of spots. To avoid this eat more vegetables like carrots, red peppers, and beta-carotene rich sweet potatoes. Saturated fats like margarine and Trans fats should be avoided and walnuts, hemp, salmon, sardines should be consumed.

Numbness in Hands and Feet:

These are the symptoms of the deficiency of Vitamin B and are connected to peripheral nerves. Crabs, beans, asparagus, spinach, eggs, and beets may help to recover an individual from this numbness and tingling of hands and feet.
