Your car is always bound to get dirty, no matter how much you try and keep it clean. Whether its stains, crumbs or you just accumulate a ton of dust and pollen when the seasons change — a dirty car is inevitable.
These ten hacks will help you avoid all the chemicals available in the market.
Take a look:
#1. For a natural carpet cleaner
You can get rid of stains on your mats by mixing white vinegar and baking soda together to create a paste, then work it right into the problem area with a toothbrush. Let it dry completely then vacuum it all up. Your car will look new as ever.
#2. Use a cheap foam brush or paint brush to dust
Use it to get inside the vents and around the knobs. You can use a vacuum in addition to wipe it down and suck up all the dust.
#3. Use olive oil to condition and polish the leather on your dashboard
Instead of using toxic sprays, clean your dashboard by making the leather look shiny and new with a cloth and olive oil.
#4. Spray bottle of water and a squeegee to remove pet hair
First fill your spray bottle and then wet your seats. Then, with a squeegee like you would use in the shower, drag it along the seats. All that pet hair will come right out
#5. A natural car freshener
Mix baking soda and essential oils inside a mason jar with holes in the top to eliminate odors from your car and leave it fresh.
#6. For Streak less windshield wipers
Use regular rubbing alcohol and prevent your windshield wipers from smearing and smudging.
#7. Use Vinegar and newspaper for streak free windows
Fill a spray bottle up with vinegar, let it sit for a few minutes and then wipe it all off with newspaper.
#8. For Shiny chrome wheels:
Mix equal parts water and vinegar and put it in a spray bottle. Spray all over your chrome then wipe it down with a rag for super shiny wheels.
#9. All natural wheel cleaner
Use some baking soda and mix it with water, making it a paste and rub it all over your wheels with a brush. Then rinse it off and your clean wheels are right there!
#10. For organic car wash
Use the all-natural liquid castile soap, which is made from plant oils and mix it up with some water. Lather up your car, wash, rinse and you’re all set.
