Drinking water after waking up every morning prevents us from different types of diseases such as headaches, body aches, arthritis, heart related problems, epilepsy, obesity, tuberculosis, meningitis, kidney disease, vomiting, gastritis, diabetes, constipation, uterine disease, ear and throat disease.

The Method You Should Follow:

  1. Every day after waking up, get out of your bed and drink four 6 ounce glasses of water before doing anything else. Increase the amount day-by-day because the more the better for your health as it will help you to digest food completely.
  2. Then you need to brush your teeth to maintain your daily hygiene and then wait 45 minutes to the max before having your breakfast or have any type of drink.
  3. Don’t eat or drink anything after having your breakfast for at least 2 hours.

4 If you follow these things for the number of days that I am going to write below it will prevent your body from the following diseases.

High Blood Pressure – 30 days.

Gastric Problems – 10 days.

Diabetes – 30 days.

Cancer – 180 days.

Constipation – 10 days.

If you use this treatment method you will face no side effects except going to the bathroom few more times than usual for urination and that’s totally okay, because with your urine you will flush out harmful urea and harmful chemicals from your body.

People from the east drink hot tea with their meals every day which is better and acceptable for the intestines and stomach then having oily food with cold water.
