Landlord Caught Having Sex In Tenants’ Bed

An American landlord has been convicted after he was caught on camera having sex in his tenants’ bed.

Carlos Quijada-Lara was filmed breaking in to the $1,100-a-month apartment of married couple Logan Pierce and Mikaela DiGiulio in Colorado Springs last November to have sex on their bed with another man.

The couple had installed a surveillance camera in their bedroom but he was unaware about it which has recorded the romp.

39-year-old Quijada-Lara pleaded guilty to a trespassing charge for the incident and is due to be sentenced.

Carlos Quijada-Lara, 39, admitted felony trespassing last week after being caught in November breaking in to his tenants’ home to have sex on their bed with another man (above). He was filmed by a home surveillance camera that was installed in the couple’s bedroom

Quijada-Lara and his male partner (who is not shown above) engaged in oral and anal sex then wiped themselves off with the female tenant’s wedding dress

When both Pierce and DiGiulio were at work they received a message on his phone from the app which is linked to the surveillance cameras.

It had detected unusual activity in his bedroom and was triggered to alert him.

‘I got a notification from one of the cameras on lunch the other day that it detected noise and it was strange because both of us work all day everyday,’ he told KKTV at the time.

When he viewed the footage, he was shocked to see that his landlord is having sex in their bedroom with another man on their bed.

Carlos Quijada-Lara, 39, is awaiting sentencing for felony trespassing

‘I opened up the camera and kind of had to like quit the program and like restart it again because I didn’t really believe what I saw,’ said Pierce.

To wipe his genitals Quijada-Lara’s partner used DiGiulio’s wedding dress.

Police were called by the couple and the landlord was charged with trespassing.

At the time, Lt. Howard Black with the Colorado Springs Police Department said: ‘Landlords don’t have the ability to go into tenant apartments and do whatever they want to do.’

The landlord will be sentenced on September 22.

The maximum sentence for first degree felony trespassing in Colorado is four years imprisonment and $100,000.

The incident took place at a $1,100-a-month apartment in this Colorado Springs building last November

Married tenants Logan Pierce and Mikaela DiGiulio vowed to move out after the incident
