Qatar University Appoint 68 New Faculty Members

An academic orientation session was held by the Qatar University’s (QU) Human Resources (HR) department for the 68 newly appointed faculty members, where necessary information was given to the newly arrived.

The programme agenda featured three presentations titled “QU in brief”, “Student Affairs Services”, “Information Technology Services”, and “Hukoomi Services”.

The presentation was given respectively by QU Recruitment Section head Afrah al-Athba, QU Office of the vice president for student affairs consultant Wadad El Housseini and Government Portal Department manager Tareq al-Emadi.

The faculty members were taken for a bus tour of the QU campus after an interactive lunch. Mohamed al-Saadi, director, Human Resources Department, QU, welcomed new faculty members.
