Qatar Airways announced that it will be adding an extra daily flight on its Doha-Kathmandu route from September in order to meet the growing demand during Nepal’s festive season, which takes place every year in September and October.
Airbus A320 flight will be catering to the demand with the flight departing Doha at 01.25 and arriving in Kathmandu at 8.55. The added flight will accommodate passengers travelling to Nepal for its annual festival season
Qatar Airways Group Chief Executive Akbar Al Baker expressed happiness to add an additional flight to Nepal. He added that the extra flight will allow passengers to explore Kathmandu, a captivating city that draws travellers from all over the globe.
With an extra flight, the airlines will now have four daily flights between Doha and Kathmandu. The Qatar Airways Airbus A320 features 12 Business Class seats and 132 seats in Economy Class.
