A man has been charged for raping a 14-year-old girl who claims she was then raped by another man later on the same day.
Khurram Rahi, 27, appeared on the court wearing a red t-shirt and blue tracksuit bottoms and confirmed his name at Birmingham Magistrates Court.
Birmingham Crown Court told that Rahi will plead not guilty, was remanded in custody and must appear at court on August 28.
Another man, 34, was also arrested from the Birmingham area, on suspicion of rape, has been released pending further inquiries.
Police are still hunting the third suspect who raped the teenager after she flagged down a passing vehicle for help.
Detectives reported that the teenager was first assaulted in a secluded part of Birmingham’s Witton railway station, near the Aston Villa football ground, some time between 8pm on Tuesday and 2am the following morning.
Accompanied by her friend the victim had walked to the station, but was led away by a man who approached the victim.
After the attack, she walked out of the station and flagged down a passing vehicle to ask for help.

When she get into the car she was again raped a second time by another man.
Police are still searching for man, who is described as Asian, about 5ft 6in, thick set and with large biceps, in connection with the second rape.
DCI Tony Fitzpatrick from British Transport Police, said: ‘We still have a suspect outstanding for the offence in the vehicle.
‘I would urge anyone who may have any information regarding this attack to get in touch as soon as possible.
‘The second assault happened at approximately 2am close to Witton station.
‘The victim flagged down a vehicle for help, a man then raped her.’
