Rice is a great food that can be combined with many other items like curries, gravies, fries etc. But it’s not the healthiest option and is a huge source of calories.

  1. Pour water into cooking containers and boil it.
  2. Take a small amount of coconut oil.
  3. Mix the oil and the boiling water
  4. Add the rice to the pot
  5. Cook till well done.
  6. Allow the rice to cool and refrigerate for 12 hours
